Welcome. The Intentional Man Inc. ("The Intentional Man," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida non-profit religious corporation. These Terms govern your use of intentionalman.org. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are
The Intentional Man is a non-denominational Christian ministry built to call men to follow Christ, form men according to the character and standard of Christ, and send men to serve the vulnerable as an expression of love for Christ. Everything on this site is published in support of that mission.
What you can do on this site
You are free to read the lessons, share them, quote them with attribution, fill out a form, give a donation, and reach out to us. The site exists to be used by the men it was built for.
You agree not to:
Use the site to break any law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or database.
Upload viruses, malware, or anything intended to disrupt the site.
Use the site to harass, defame, threaten, or harm anyone.
Copy our content and present it as your own.
Use the site to send unsolicited advertising or spam.
Misrepresent who you are when filling out a form or making a donation.
We reserve the right to refuse service, block access, or remove content at our discretion.
The content on this site
The lessons, written content, images, logo, and design on intentionalman.org are the property of Intentional Man Inc. or are used with permission. You may read them, share them, and quote from them for non-commercial ministry purposes with attribution to The Intentional Man. You may not republish them in full, sell them, or use them to promote a competing product or service without our written permission.

Donations
Donations to The Intentional Man Inc. are processed by Stripe. By giving, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Intentional Man Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. You will receive a receipt by email immediately after giving, and an annual giving summary at the start of each new tax year.
Recurring donations. If you set up a monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring donation, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on the schedule you select until you cancel. You can cancel any recurring donation at any time by writing to info@intentionalman.org or by managing your subscription through the link in your receipt email.
Refunds. Donations are generally not refundable, because they are gifts given freely. If a donation was made in error or through fraud, write to info@intentionalman.org within thirty days and we will review the request in good faith. Refunds approved by us are processed back to the original payment method. Refunded donations cannot be claimed as tax-deductible.
No goods or services. No goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation. Your gift supports the ministry as described on the Donate page.
Communications
If you fill out a form and ask to receive the weekly lesson, you are giving us permission to email it to you. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to info@intentionalman.org.
We will never sell your email address or give it to anyone else for marketing purposes.
Links to other sites
The site may contain links to outside websites, including our social media accounts on Instagram and YouTube. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. When you click a link to leave intentionalman.org, you are governed by the terms of the site you land on.
Disclaimers
The site and everything on it is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the site will be free of errors, available without interruption, or that any content on the site will be accurate, complete, or current.
Spiritual content. The lessons and teachings on this site are written in good faith and grounded in Scripture as we understand it. They are not a substitute for the counsel of a qualified pastor, elder, counselor, or medical or legal professional. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a trained professional in your area.
Donations. We make no representation that any specific donation will be used in any specific way. We do publish a stewardship breakdown on the Donate page and provide quarterly transparency updates as a matter of conviction, but no donor controls how a particular gift is spent. All gifts are at the discretion of the ministry's board within the stated mission and IRS requirements for a 501(c)(3).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Intentional Man Inc., its directors, officers, volunteers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or your inability to use it. Our total liability to you for any claim related to this site or your use of it will not exceed the amount you have given to the ministry in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If you live in one of those jurisdictions, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Intentional Man Inc., its directors, officers, volunteers, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action arising out of these Terms or the site must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
